Sacramento Tenant Advisors was created to meet the demands of the Sacramento business community. The company is a subsidiary of Synergy Real Estate Group Corporate Advisory LLC which was formed in 2004 to provide tenant representation services to a national audience. Shortly thereafter, company founder John Galaxidas realized that local companies in Sacramento, especially small and medium businesses did not have a strong tenant advocate and could benefit from having someone working on their behalf. From that goal Sacramento Tenant Advisors was formed and since then, the company has been busy helping businesses save money on commercial space.

We differentiate ourselves from many large brokerage firms by holding a strict policy of not taking Landlord property listings thereby avoiding any possible conflicts of interest. Our independent firm is focused exclusively on your needs. Unlike other brokerage firms, we will show you all property listings that fit your search criteria and use properties from different brokerages houses as leverage to negotiate the best deal. Most listing brokers who represent property owners have a tendency to steer you towards their own listings.
